Don’t miss out on the first ever FMHS Band Chili Cook-off & Concert. This new and to be annual event will be held on Friday March 2nd, 2012 in the FMHS Cafeteria from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets are $8.00 for adults $4.00 for students and will available for purchase at Solo and Ensemble Competition. Join us to hear students perform their solo and ensemble music as well as vote for your favorite chili offerings. As a special treat we’ll also have silent auction items to bid on!
Band parents and students, we need your donations. If you have are a season ticket holder to the Mavericks or Rangers games, please consider donating tickets to a game for our auction. If you are in the travel business and can help with a hotel stay or airline tickets; they would be a great hit for bidding. If you have a talent you’d like to share such as quilt making, car washing, dog walking, babysitting, cooking, lawn mowing or yard work, painting, etc. please consider sharing this with a gift certificate. Gift cards are also a great donation.
