Remember, current band students attend for FREE.  Additional guests attend for $40 each.

Please plan to have dinner at Rosa's Cafe (3080 Justin Road Highland Village, TX 75077) on Thursday, May 30th, between 4:00 and 9:00pm. Present the flyer at Rosa's and the band receives a percentage of the sales!
 
 
If you would like to submit songs for the DJ to play at the band banquet later this month, you can submit your requests through a Google Doc we have set up. Please know that not all songs will be played at the banquet.
 
 
Order your band memory book now! The book will be 70 pages of full color photos covering the whole band, including drumline and colorguard events, for only $25. Download the order form.

The annual band banquet will take place from 7:00-11:30 p.m. on May 25 at the DFW Airport Marriott NorthCurrent high school band students are invited to attend at no charge, but you must RSVP. Mrs. Butterfield will be at school Friday, May 10 and Monday, May 13 to collect RSVP's from students. Family and friends are welcome to attend for $40 per person. You can view the formal invitation, menu and the RSVP form. Please note that RSVP forms must be postmarked by May 11.
 
 
The first marching session for the Fall 2013 marching band will take place this Saturday from 9-12 at Flower Mound High School. We will start in the band hall. Be sure to dress comfortably (shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes) and drink plenty of water on Friday and before you get to school on Saturday. Be sure to bring a water cooler with you and bring sunscreen!
 
 
We hope that you are making plans to compete in the 1st Annual Flower Mound Band Solo Competition beginning on May 6. For those of you participating, your commitment to improving your individual musicianship is appreciated by the directors and everyone involved with the Flower Mound Band Program. Congratulations to the Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, Concert Band and Varsity Band for each receiving first divisions both on stage and in the sight-reading room at the Region 24 UIL Concert & Sight-reading contest. Thank you students for all your hard work!
