The golf tournament this Saturday will go on, rain or shine, unless the Bridlewood Club makes the decision to close the course for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation, we will send out an email to all of the players who have signed up or, if possible, contact players on their cell phone. We will send an email to the addresses we have, and if your team members’ addresses were not on the form, team leaders should either forward the email or contact them in some other way.
If the Club does decide to close the course due to hazardous conditions, we will refund the $100 for the golf portion of the $125 contribution. We will still have the dinner and silent auction, rain or shine. We cannot refund the $25 dinner contribution for the dinner because the food has already been ordered by the Club.
Bring some rain gear and let's have fun!
