Program Coordinator: Alan Spaeth
Alan has been designing custom Marching Band and Winterguard shows, flags and costumes for groups at nearly every competitive level since 1988. His work has been highly successful in the Local, State and National competitive arenas. Alan Spaeth and Steven Ryan recently opened R&S Marching Arts to outfit performing ensembles with production-based collaboration—ensuring a high-quality and custom-designed product for all of their clients.
Music Arranger: Wayne Downey
Wayne Downey's life has been defined by his ability to laugh at what life throws his way as well as his uncanny ability to invest his students wholly in the "Art of Making Music." His musical career includes his many years as Music Director, Brass Supervisor and Composer/Arranger for the 20-time DCI Champion Concord Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps from Concord, CA.
Percussion Designer/Battery Arranger: Colin McNutt
Colin McNutt has made a career out of his passion for music and percussion. He has instructed and arranged for the Star of Indiana Drum and Bugle Corps, Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps, the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps, and the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps - of which he earned the DCI World Championships in 2011 and the Fred Sanford High Percussion Award in 2013. McNutt is currently the Director of Percussion for the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps.
Front Ensemble Arranger: Iain Moyer
Dr. Iain Moyer has served as the front ensemble arranger for the Boston Crusaders since 2017. Previously, Moyer has served on the percussion staff for the Cadets as an arranger and instructor. During Moyer's tenure The Cadets won their 10th DCI World Championship in 2011 and the Cadets Percussion received the 2013 Fred Sanford Award for Best Percussion Performance.
Drill Designer: Mitch Rogers
Mitch is a well-known drill designer, marching instructor, consultant, and clinician with clients throughout the U.S., Japan, Thailand and Singapore. His well-staged, innovative, designs have won championships in many states and five countries. He has designed shows for many BOA Regional and Grand National Finalists, and State Finalists as well as the Cavaliers, Bluecoats, Troopers, and the world famous Aimachi marching band of Nagoya, Japan.
